Abstract：The construction of new liberal arts is a major innovation and exploration of the discipline construction and talent cultivation system in colleges and universities, which provides opportunities for the transformation, upgrading and integrated innovation of university libraries. According to the requirements of the construction of new liberal arts, this paper proposes to build a smart library service system for discipline construction by comprehensively constructing three modules: service foundation, organization mode and technical thought, so as to provide accurate and personalized multi-knowledge services for teaching, scientific research and discipline development, and provide new ideas for the transformation and development of traditional libraries.
